AIHAI collects the information submitted through the membership application form, the contact form and any documents uploaded by an applicant. This information is used to review membership applications, maintain member records and respond to enquiries.

Publication of member information

Only information approved for public display is published in the Member Directory. Identity documents, supporting documents and application details are not published and remain accessible only to authorised AIHAI administrators.

Data security

Records are stored in a secured database with access controls. Uploaded identity and supporting documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

Requests and corrections

Members may contact AIHAI to request correction or removal of their published profile information.
